1 Account Registration & Eligibility

Age Requirement
Only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account on tbk99. By registering on the platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Providing false information about your age will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.
One Account Only
Each user may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be cancelled.
Accurate Information
You must provide truthful and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If false or misleading information is provided, tbk99 reserves the right to verify or suspend the account.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the support team immediately.
2 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount for each method on tbk99 is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.
Accepted Payment Methods
tbk99 currently supports the following mobile banking methods:

Withdrawal Timeframe
After successful verification, tbk99 generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. However, the verification process or unusual circumstances may cause it to take somewhat longer.
Security Verification
tbk99 reserves the right to verify any transaction. If suspicious activity or signs of money laundering are detected, the account will be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
3 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Depositing ৳12,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total to ৳20,000.
Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount at 15 times (not the deposit amount). For example, for a ৳1,500 bonus the wagering requirement will be ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.
Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonuses may only be used for playing on the tbk99 platform.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — until the wagering requirements have been met.
- tbk99 reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
4 VIP Program & Cashback
tbk99's VIP program has four tiers. Players can advance to higher tiers based on their activity:
- Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week
- Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week
- Gold — up to 1.1% cashback per week
- Platinum — up to 1.5% cashback per week
Cashback is automatically credited to eligible accounts each week. tbk99 reserves the right to change the terms and rates of VIP benefits.
5 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor or assisting minors in using the platform.
- Using bots, scripts, or any automated tools to play games.
- Using gameplay strategies to avoid meeting bonus requirements (bonus abuse).
- Attempting to gain an advantage by creating multiple accounts.
- Using a false identity or forged documents.
- Any attempt to undermine the security systems of the platform.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other players or tbk99 staff.
Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account.
